evening and night Lows 9 to 15 north, to lower 20s to lower 30s
south.
.SUNDAY...Mostly cloudy. Snow, heavy at times, and patchy blowing
snow. Mix of rain, snow, and sleet in far southern MN. Highs 13
to 21 northwest, to near 30 southeast.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Much colder. Mostly cloudy. Snow and widespread
blowing snow. Lows 3 below to 9 below zero northwest, to 3 to 9
southeast.
.MONDAY...Mostly clear. Patchy blowing snow in the morning. Highs
9 to 15.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Lows 3 below to 9 below zero.
